This is Section II of the Chapel Branch Apartment Complex which consists of 42 approved units along Delaware Route 24. Section I of Chapel Branch is nearly complete. This section will utilize the existing entrance found on Dorman Road. Public utilities to the site. This parcel could qualify for the "Delaware Workforce Housing Program" which allows the housing developer to be reimbursed through a grant up to 20 percent of the capital costs associated with workforce housing units they create.
