The Leslie Kopp Group is once again the Presenting Sponsor of the Annual Beach & Bay Cottage Tour, and we look forward to seeing what the 32nd tour has to offer! This event is a perfect time to head to Bethany Beach and explore what sets the quiet resorts apart from other beach towns.  Participants will have the opportunity to experience the tour both in-person as well as virtually, learning about the architects, builders, designers, and more that helped make these properties so special.

Virtual Only tickets will cost only $35, and purchasers will virtually view each of the 10 homes on the tour from the comfort of their own home. When you purchase a ticket at the cost of $50, the Combo Ticket, you are granted access to all 6 pre-selected homes in-person, as well as virtual access to every single home. Virtual tours will be available from Sunday, July 14th to Sunday, August 4th, while in-person tours will take place on Wednesday, July 24th & Thursday, July 25th.
